INCIDENT: Weapons Arrest
LOCATION: 20000 block of Rimrock Road East, Apple Valley
SUSPECT: Jaycob Brown, 22-years-old, Resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY:
Investigators from the Apple Valley Station Gang Enforcement Team and detective bureau followed up on an investigation related to the unlawful possession of firearms.
On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, deputies served a search warrant in the 20000 block of Rimrock Road East, Apple Valley. During the search, deputies located firearms, ammunition and high-capacity magazines.
Jaycob Brown was arrested for PC 32310(a)- Possession of High-Capacity Magazines. Brown was booked at High Desert Detention Center and was later released from custody after posting bail.
