* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following county, Grant.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Gas City, Fairmount, Jonesboro, Sweetser, Swayzee, Matthews, Sims, Converse, Fowlerton, Roseburg, Michaelsville, Radley, Herbst, Home Corner, Hackleman, Normal, Jalapa, Mier and Point Isabel. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
