White River near Nora. ...Forecast flooding changed from Moderate to Major severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Indiana... White River at Muncie. White River at Anderson. .Major river flooding is expected. Heavy rainfall of three to well over six inches overnight and continued rainfall today and tonight will bring major flooding to area waterways, including the White River in the Muncie and Anderson areas. Significant flooding is expected further downstream in the Noblesville area, and currently minor lowland flooding is forecast downstream of there through Indianapolis.
