* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 131 PM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Anderson, Elwood, Alexandria, Pendleton, Fortville, Chesterfield, Ingalls, Lapel, Edgewood, Frankton, Summitville, Markleville, Orestes, Woodlawn Heights, Country Club Heights and River Forest.
