* WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 921 PM EDT, emergency management and local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 8 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Ongoing flooding is occurring in portions of Richmond, Hagerstown and Cambridge City with numerous roads closed due to high water. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Dublin, Franklin, Abington, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Boston, Mount Auburn, Whitewater, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Williamsburg and Jacksonburg.
