* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Marshall, McLean, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford. In east central Illinois, Champaign and Vermilion. In west central Illinois, Knox.

* WHEN...From 10 AM CDT this morning through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rain will push across portions of central Illinois through midday Friday. Recent ensemble forecast guidance supports 1 to 2 inches of rain across the watch area, with localized amounts exceeding 4 inches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
