The male victims, 54 and 55, were inside a residence in the listed area when the suspect drove by in a vehicle and shot at the residence, striking it. No injuries were reported. There is no suspect information.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0840) California Street and Lafayette Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 67, was riding his bike in the listed area when he became involved in a road rage incident with the suspect. During the incident, the suspect struck the victim with his vehicle, causing the victim to fall off his bicycle. The victim sustained a minor injury. SUSPECT: Light-skinned male.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1000) 1400 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 34, was in the listed area when the suspect approached the victim and accused her of selling narcotics. The suspect pulled out a knife, held it near the victim and then
walked away. Officers located and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: Jose Baca, 34, for assault with a deadly weapon.
