* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern Livingston County in central Illinois... North Central Ford County in east central Illinois... Iroquois County in east central Illinois...
* WHEN...Until 415 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 108 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated another round of heavy rain due to thunderstorms will move over locations that received heavy rainfall earlier this evening. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. 1 to locally 3 inches of rain have fallen in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Watseka, Fairbury, Gilman, Clifton, Milford, Chatsworth, Onarga, Forrest, Sheldon, Chebanse, Piper City, Ashkum, Cullom, Saunemin, Martinton, Crescent City, Danforth, Beaverville and Woodland. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

A Flood Advisory means minor flooding along waterways and other poor drainage areas is imminent or may already be occurring. Persons in the advisory area should use caution and avoid flood waters. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
