* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to around 1.0 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain may result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instructions:
