* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Multiple rounds of rain and storms likely Saturday, which will renew concerns for areal and river flooding.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following areas, Adams, Blackford, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami, Pulaski, Starke, Wabash and Wells.

* WHEN...From 11 PM EDT /10 PM CDT/ this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
