INCIDENT: Possession of Narcotics for Sales Arrest
LOCATION: 20000 Block of Waalew Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT: Nicholas Moores, 38-year-old Resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY:
Investigators from the Apple Valley Station followed up on an investigation related to the possession and sales of narcotics. On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, deputies served a search warrant at a residence in the 20000 block of Waalew Road where they located a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine and a digital scale.
Nicholas Moores was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for HS 11378 – Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and is being held in lieu of $280,000 bail.
