The Highland Park Police Department is glad to report that Mr. Laxminara Gutha, the 84-year-old man reported missing since Friday, has been found and is safe with his family.
We thank the Highland Park officers and detectives who worked tirelessly on this search, led by Detective Brian O'Mara. We are also grateful to every community member who shared the alert and called in with information, the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, our partner law enforcement agencies, and the Rutgers University Police Department Drone Unit for their assistance in bringing Mr. Gutha home.
Highland Park showed up for one of its own, and we could not be more thankful.
