* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following areas, Kendall, Northern Will and Southern Cook.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop and move across northern and central Illinois and northwest Indiana tonight. Torrential rainfall will be possible with these showers and thunderstorms. With the already elevated soil moisture localized flooding will be possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
