Hawaii Police Department advises you to AVOID Mamalahoa Hwy (Route 190), between Hao Kuni Street (36-mile marker) and Puulani Drive (21-mile marker). Road is OPEN; however, due to strong winds and consistent raining, there are fallen trees and large debris on the roadway.
