* WHAT...Flooding caused by recent excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Illinois, including the following counties, Champaign and Vermilion.
* WHEN...Until noon CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11 AM CDT Sunday, emergency management reported that areas of flooding and road closures continue in the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain fell. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Champaign, Urbana, Danville, Rantoul, Savoy, Mahomet, St. Joseph, Tilton, Catlin, Fisher, Oakwood, Rossville, Thomasboro, Gifford, Ogden, Potomac, Rankin, Fithian, Bondville and Lake Of The Woods. - This includes the following State Parks... Kickapoo State Recreation Area and Middle Fork State Fish and Wildlife Area. This includes the following highways... Interstate 72 between mile markers 174 and 182. Interstate 74 between mile markers 169 and 220. Interstate 57 between mile markers 232 and 257.
