Old William Penn Hwy Construction

Weather Permitting there will be a closure of Old William Penn Highway between School Rd and Tarr Hollow Rd on Monday 08-17-26.  This will also affect the Old Willam Penn Hwy entrances to the FRSD school campus and Franklin Plaza.  If weather cancels the construction on 08-17 it will happen on Tuesday 08-18-26
