Flood Warning until 05:00AM Monday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...East Central Kanawha County in central West Virginia... Southern Clay County in north central West Virginia... Northeastern Fayette County in southeastern West Virginia... Nicholas County in southeastern West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1053 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Summersville, Richwood, Clay, Ansted, Craigsville, Glen, Drennan, Kesslers Cross Lanes, Mount Nebo, Muddlety, Canvas, Swiss, Bickmore, Widen, Indore, Calvin, Bentree, Nettie and Pond Gap. - This includes Route 19 between mile markers 25 and 53. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
