The traffic lights at Route 9/Bay Ave, Route 9/Gunning River Road and Route 9 and Georgetown Blvd. are out due to a motor vehicle accident that occured on Route 9 just south of Bay Avenue. Power crews are working on restoration and emergency personnel are on scene directing traffic. Please avoid the area if possible.
