* At 632 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 12 miles west of Town Of Santeetlah to near Murphy to 9 miles northeast of Morganton, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Andrews, Murphy, Hayesville, Nantahala Lake, Shooting Creek, Tusquitee, Topton, Hiawasse Dam, Marble, and Brasstown.
