White River near Nora. .The White River continues in minor to moderate flood from Anderson to Elliston...with the crest passing Morgan County points through early Tuesday. Moderate flooding will continue at Centerton and Eagle Valley through Tuesday afternoon...and start at Spencer by midday Tuesday. Minor flooding to end at Noblesville early Tuesday and at Nora by Tuesday afternoon...while minor flooding starts at Edwardsport tonight and at Newberry early Tuesday.
