HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...A personal weather station measured a 68 MPH wind gust near Benedict. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
* Severe thunderstorms will be near... Utica, Ulysses, and Surprise around 135 AM CDT. Staplehurst around 140 AM CDT. Seward, Dwight, Bee, and Goehner around 145 AM CDT. Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include Milford, Garland and Pleasant Dale. This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 366 and 388.
