1. Robbery Arrest, (1434) 2500 Block of East Marsh Street, Park District
The male victim, 23, was walking in the area when the suspects assaulted and took his property. Responding officers located and arrested three suspects. ARRESTED: Siaosi Graves, 18, Luis Alvarez, 18, and a 16-year-old juvenile for robbery. OUTSTANDING SUSPECTS: Two Black male adults.
2. Robbery (1916) 8200 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 36, was in the listed area with her dog when the suspect approached her, pushed her to the ground, and took her dog. The suspect fled the area on a bicycle. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2230) 1100 Block of East March Lane, Valley Oak District.
Officers were checking the parking lot at the location in response to an unrelated call for service when they saw a vehicle accelerating toward their patrol vehicle head-on. The suspect vehicle then swerved, barely missing the patrol vehicle. Officers took the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Solman Joshan, 47, for assault with a deadly weapon.
