KIELBASA FEST CANCELED
Due to the additional power outage that occurred last night, along with the continued impact of last week’s severe storms that have left many residents without power, the City of East Chicago has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Kielbasa Fest.
While we know many residents look forward to this celebration each year, our priority at this time must remain focused on the safety, recovery, and needs of our community.
Unfortunately, due to the number of previously scheduled City events and the continued uncertainty surrounding storm recovery, Kielbasa Fest will not be rescheduled this year.
We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support as our city works through these challenging circumstances together.
