On August 18, 2026, Detectives Jennifer Loesch and Roger Ballard arrested 29-year-old Austin Dill of Princeton at a residence 1000 block of East Emerson on an outstanding warrant issued out of Superior Court on today’s date by Judge Robert Krieg. Upon being taken into custody Mr. Dill was transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was booked in on the Felony Warrant.
Mr. Dill is charged with Sex Offender Registration Violation (Level 6 Felony), Possession of Child Pornography (Level 4 Felony), Possession of Child Pornography (Level 6), Possession of Child Pornography with a Prior Unrelated Conviction (Level 4).
Mr. Dill is being held without bond.
Detective Loesch’s investigation was assisted by the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
