Old William Penn Construction 08/19/26

There will be a closure of Old William Penn Highway between School Rd and Tarr Hollow Rd on Wedensday 08-19-26 for construction.  This will also affect the Old Willam Penn Hwy entrances to the FRSD school campus and Franklin Plaza.  During the week of 08-24-26 there will be single lane closures in this area for paving.  

Instructions:

avoid area the road will be closed.
