* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A narrow band of showers and/or thunderstorms are forecast to set up in a west-east orientation across central IL, where the flooding and very heavy rain occurred late last week, this afternoon into the late evening.
