Due to the weather, road work on Hawkin Road will begin at 6:30 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Reminder:  Hawkin Road, from the Fire House at 76 Hawkin Road west toward Carranza Road, is scheduled to be closed for 7–10 days, weather permitting.

Please Plan Ahead

• Hawkin Road will be closed to traffic during construction. Please follow detours when necessary.
• Use an alternate route and allow additional travel time.
• Do not enter or drive around barricades or road-closure signs. This is for the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and road workers.
• Residents within the affected area should follow instructions provided by Township officials and road crews.
• The closure may be extended if weather or unforeseen conditions delay the work.
• The Township will provide updates on the progress of the work and notify the community when the road is reopened.
