VEHICLE 1: 2018 White Chevrolet Silverado

VEHICLE 2: 2021 Peterbilt 567
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at approximately 2:26 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Station Traffic Division responded to the intersection of Ridgecrest Road and Bear Valley Road for a report of a two-vehicle collision.
The preliminary investigation determined the Peterbilt cement truck traveled northbound on Ridgecrest Road and subsequently turned eastbound onto Bear Valley Road. The Chevrolet Silverado traveled eastbound on Bear Valley Road and entered the intersection against a red traffic signal, and collided with the cement truck.
The driver of the Chevrolet Silverado was cited for driving under the influence and transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
The case will be forwarded to the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office for review.
