* WHERE...Southeastern Livingston County in central Illinois... Ford County in east central Illinois...

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 848 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen near Fairbury, IL. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paxton, Fairbury, Gibson City, Chatsworth, Forrest, Piper City, Melvin, Roberts, Elliott, Sibley, Strawn and Clarence. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
