* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Sussex and Warren and Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe and Northampton.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and a thundertorms are expected through this evening. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are possible in stronger storms.
