Flash Flooding of low lying roadways and locations observed. Don’t drown, turn around. 
Cranford OEM is monitoring the river telemetry and already took steps earlier today to open flood gates and deploy portable pumps out of any abundance of caution. Most of the heavy rain will taper by 11:00 PM.
