Weather permitting, the Hot-In-Place (HIP) pavement recycling is scheduled to start this Saturday (8/22/26) at the following roads:
- Hughes Avenue – Lincoln Street to Forest Hills Road
- Norman Street – Lincoln Street to Leon Street
