The Green Bay Police Department is currently onscene of an active critical incident in the 1700 block of Boland Road.
At approximately 3:09pm officers responded to a Welfare Check and during their investigation, a suspect brandished a firearm, resulting in an officer involved shooting. There is no active threat to the public at this time.
Please avoid the area as it will remain closed for the next several hours. Media should stage at Keller Elementary School, 1806 Bond Street, Green Bay.
