* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with rate rates up to 2 inches per hour near the town Granville. Minor flooding may begin shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
