Weekend update for New Richmond Utilities Customers. Low water pressure is expected to continue thru weekend for Riverview Bluffs residents. Residents within the Village could experience discolored water from the stirring up of the natural occurring minerals in the water main. Discolored water should clear within a few minutes by opening an outside spigot or running cold tap.
