A Red Flag Warning with forecasted gusty winds has been issued for the Idaho Panhandle beginning today at approximately 4:00 PM. Boaters should refrain from being on the water if possible and/or use caution as high winds can create extremely dangerous conditions. Residents along the shoreline are encouraged to secure boats, paddleboards, kayaks, water toys, etc. Please abstain from any activities that could lead to a fire and report fires immediately.
