* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 841 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Lobeco and Dale east to Wiggins, Rockville and Kiawah Island. The risk for minor flooding of poor drainage and low-level areas will increase as these storms work to the coast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Beaufort, Edisto Beach, Johns Island, James Island, Folly Beach, Seabrook Island, Kiawah Island, Rockville, Bennetts Point and Edisto Island.
