Missing Juvenile 
The National City Police Department is requesting assistance in locating a runaway juvenile, Serenity Garcia. Garcia is described as a 15-year-old Hispanic female, about 5'2" tall, and weighs approximately 108 lbs.. with brown colored eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater and black leggings. She had a black backpack with a pink shark mouth logo displayed with her.
Garcia was last seen on August 21st, at about 5 PM, in the area of 2220 Otay Lakes Road, in Chula Vista.
