Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Fabian Fernandez. He is a 20-year-old Hispanic adult male who was last seen on August 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The MP was last on the 500 block of Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach.
Fabian is 6’00”, 170 lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his right eyebrow. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and red shorts. Fabian suffers from encephalitis and is in need of medication.
