On 8/25/26, from 7a-8a, Chambers St will be closed from Nassau St to the Chambers St garage. The garage will remain accessible. 
The Graduate Hotel, located at 10 Chambers Street, will be testing their fire suppression system on 8/25/2026, between approximately 7am and approximately 8am. This will require that Chambers Street be closed during this time from Nassau Street to the Chambers Street garage. The garage will still be accessible during the road closure.
