At 439 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over Calawassie Island to near Forest Beach, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Bluffton, Calawassie Island, Hilton Head Island, Caril Bowers Bridge, Wilton Graves Bridge, Forest Beach, Shelter Cove, Hilton Head Airport, Parris Island and Folly Field.
