At 415 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Tindall Ranch, or 27 miles north of Owyhee, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing visibility. Locations impacted include... Payne Creek Reservoir, Tindall Ranch, Bruneau River Launch Site, Blackstone Reservoir, Gedney Butte, Grasmere, and Monument Butte.
