LOCATION: 17000 Block of Arrow Boulevard, Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT(S): Raynon Terry Whitaker, 19-years old, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): Confidential Female
SUMMARY: On Saturday, June 13, 2026, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station began investigating a human trafficking report. During the investigation, deputies learned the suspect, later identified as Raynon Terry Whitaker, was soliciting the victim for prostitution and pandering. Deputies also learned the suspect was transporting the victim between San Bernardino and Los Angeles for prostitution.
On August 4, 2026, Whitaker was arrested by the San Bernardino County Probation Department and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for a probation violation.
Deputies continued their investigation and on August 21, 2026, Whitaker was supplementally booked for PC236.1(A)- Human Trafficking, PC266H(A)- Pimping, and PC266I(A)(1)- Pandering a Person for Prostitution.
Deputies believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Whitaker’s photograph. Anyone with information regarding this incident or any additional victims are encouraged to contact Deputy M.
