At 614 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary extending from 8 miles southwest of Tucumcari to 8 miles northeast of Fort Sumner, moving southeast at 25 mph. Thunderstorms are developing along the outflow boundary. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Tucumcari, Fort Sumner, Quay, House, Ragland, Tolar, Taiban, Mcalister and Forrest. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 321 and 329. Highway 60 between Mile Markers 327 and 357.
