...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVERNIGHT...
Instructions:
The combination of mostly clear skies, light winds, and added
moisture from recent rainfall will create favorable conditions for
patchy fog formation across the region during the remainder of the
overnight hours.. Visibilities will vary sharply over short
distances, but visibilities may drop to one quarter of a mile or
less in the denser fog patches. Motorists should be prepared for
rapidly changing visibilities.
