Cameras captured four of the seven pictured suspects traveling on foot and damaging the victim’s vinyl fence between Glen Bernie Drive and Williamstown Road, in the area of James W. Lilley Elementary School, in late July and early August. Several of the suspects are clearly attempting to conceal their identity by wearing face mask and heavy clothing in the middle of this year’s hot summer.
