LOCATION: 16600 Block of Ramada Drive, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): 16-year-old Male, Resident of Bell Gardens
VICTIM(S): Matthew Valle, 22-year-old Resident of Victorville

Through continued investigation, Homicide investigators identified the suspect as a 16-year-old male who shot and killed Matthew Valle. The suspect was believed to be at a residence in Bell Gardens and the Sheriff’s Specialized Enforcement Division (SED) obtained a search warrant for the location.
On Thursday, August 27, 2026, at about 8:20 a.m., deputies with SED served the search warrant at the residence in Bell Gardens and took the suspect into custody without incident. The suspect was booked in at the San Bernardino Juvenile Hall for murder.

SUMMARY:
On Monday, August 10, 2026, at about 3:37 a.m., deputies from Victorville responded to a residence after a male subject, identified as Matthew Valle, was found unresponsive inside. Emergency medical personnel arrived and Valle was pronounced deceased.
