The milling and paving of Franklin Road between Forest Trail and #285 will begin on 9/2/26. Milling is expected to last for two days, 9/2/26 and 9/3/26. Paving will take place on 9/4/26 and 9/8/26.
During the first day of milling, the southbound lane of Franklin Road will be closed. The northbound lane will remain open. The crew will begin to mill starting at Forest Trail and head south. Both directions of Franklin Road will remain open until the milling operation reaches a side street. Once at the particular side street, all traffic coming from said side street must only turn northbound (toward Rt 46).
During the second day of milling, the northbound lane of Franklin Road will be closed. The southbound lane will remain open. The crew will begin to mill starting near #285 and head north. Both directions of Franklin Road will remain open until the milling operation reaches a side street. Once at the particular side street, all traffic coming from said side street must only turn southbound (toward Rt. 10).
