The male victim, 36, was in the listed area when he got into an argument with the known suspect. The suspect struck the victim once with an object. Officers arrived and took the suspect into custody. The female victim, 19, was working at a business when the suspect entered and declared that he was robbing the business. The victim fled into the back room. The suspect took merchandise and fled on a bicycle. Officers located the suspect, arrested him, and recovered the merchandise. ARRESTED: Shamauri Williams, 27, for robbery, possession of stolen property, and theft.
3. Robbery (1918) 600 Block of Mac Duff Avenue, Bear Creek District
The female victim, 20, was in the area when her passenger got into a confrontation with a group that included the known suspect. The suspect took property from the victim’s vehicle. When the victim attempted to stop the suspect, he battered the victim, struck her
with an object, and then discarded her property. The victim fled in her vehicle. She sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: White male adult.
