1. Homicide (2306) 100 Block of South Sierra Nevada Street, Park District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a person shot and located the male victim, 24, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Detectives responded and assumed the investigation.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0020) 3800 Block of Alvarado Avenue, Civic District
The female victim, 45, and the male victim, 48, were cleaning their vehicle when it was struck by gunfire. The victims were uninjured. There is no suspect information.
3. Robbery (0345) 400 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
The female victim, 30, was in the listed area when the suspect sat next to her and started a conversation. During their conversation, the suspect grabbed her property from her hand. The victim left the area. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
